  This item seems to be fully functional but was packaged by some who needs a football helmet. Second Xbox one X purchased in as many weeks… same shipping method. Loose Xbox in a box in another loose box nesting style. Luckily the controller was the only real victim as it suffer a gouged thumbstick in transit. I will not be buying from this seller again and I’m tired of reaching out to irresponsible sellers on this issue.
