Measure right and the machine does the rest. Love it!
It didn't come with the manual or the recipe book. They were easy to find online and print. I've used the recipe book to successfully make several loaves of spelt flour bread. After figuring out that spelt flour requires 25% less liquid than wheat flour my loaves of bread turn out great. The machine is easy to use and I love that I'm eating great bread again.
