- t***i (1699)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseGreat communication from seller , package went astray during delivery and seemed lost for around 3 weeks , when it did turn up box was badly damaged but contents survived only due to the excellent job of packing by seller . When package appeared to be lost seller refunded promptly . When it eventually turned up I offered to resend payment but seller kindly refused and insisted I keep the items as a gift . I can't rate this seller highly enough .

I asked whether it was genuine coral before purchasing but the seller couldn't tell me & I'm fairly sure that it isn't. Also, the photos depict a white bowl but in fact, it's a creamy yellow. It's still an attractive piece & very unusual so I'm happy to keep it but it could have been described better.

Seller very quickly refunded the full amount at cost to herself. Very fast dispatch and accurate description. Very helpful, friendly, efficient seller. Highly recommended. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from again.

So much care was taken to protect the set. The box arrived very batterd dispite being coverd in fragile warning tape. A partial refund was suggested by the seller but I declined as it was packaged so well .Thank you for trying. The rest of the set was immaculate and perfectly described.

This plate really did the rounds as did not arrive when purchased first time but seller fully refunded the item and it then arrived back at the seller. So the packing of the seller says it all, as the plate went through the postal system twice! Very happy to finally have it. Thank you. This is the one that went missing but seller refunded.
