Bufferbloat beast

With this router combined with DD-WRT installed, I was able to reduce buffer bloat by 90% on my horrid optimum line using FQ_CODEL. I would highly recommend this product as even the stock firmware reduces buffer bloat significantly. I was able to achieve an A+ on DSLreports buffer bloat tests after DD-WRT. If you are a gamer and need the LOWEST and most RELIABLE connection, then look no further because this router is for you!

Good with a few flaws

The infared LED's are not very bright on the products. It may be because I am using a 10ft USB extension and it may not be fully supplying the device. Unfortunately this is the only way I am currently able to use the bar. I will do more testing to see if that is indeed the case.

The board looks brand new, like factory ...

The board looks brand new, like factory new, Unfortunately I did encountered an issue. When installing the graphics card, I didn’t hear the usual PCI latch "click." After confirming it was seated properly, I had to remove the card a day later to adjust the CPU contact plate. When I pushed the PCI connector down, it snapped off with minimal pressure. I believe this may be due to it being a refurb. Otherwise, everything runs great and the card works just fine with out it. Exactly what I needed!
