I would say it was thrown around and the bend went through the box and messed up there tag so, they could not scan it. it showed you sent it out and they received it last Wed. and sat in the warehouse it we went down and got it so. If I was you, I would get with USP for a refund. because they dropped the ball on this one. Thanks for your help. And shipping time is not the seller. It s UPS
