    Since it is a Xmas present the item has not yet been used. It appears to be in excellent condition and arrive quickly and very well package. Initially, after taking off the outer wrapping paper the box was for cat-food which I had not ordered. I messaged the seller to clarify what had happened. They responded immediately to my concern and pointed out that the cat-food box was merely an extra protection and my item was inside. Excellent service and I would strongly recommend the seller.

    It went well, the mugs were well protected and it arrived safe ! Thank you But you might want to signal a problem to the delivery service, because the box arrived open on one of the sides. Someone made a hole wide enough to get the items out, unpacked one of the mug and then stuffed it back in the box (i thing he changed his mind about stealing my order). I have pictures and a proof of my opening if you know how to contact the delivery service. Thanks anyway because you did a great job.
