Email of changed delivery was sent on the day but after everyone had left the house. No one was in and the TV was left propped against the back door. When it was discovered it had been rained on but luckily found before full storm had arrived! Thankfully TV is fine. Company seem good but courier and communication could be improved.

Sellers communication was practically nil and the problem has still not been solved despite me getting in touch on three occasions. I have now had to buy a new stand leaving me further out of pocket but the seller dies not want to know. Would not purchase from this seller again.
