OK-ish
Not too bad for the price. Although the 'minimum' grind is four cups, I use it for a single cup. Press the start button to get it going, then again to stop it when the grinding sound changes. The support for the collector vessel on the side is fixed to the main unit - just asking to be broken off! It should be removable for cleaning and storage if required. The coarseness control should be regularly checked. I use 13 for a filter, but this setting tends to drift with vibration. Set it back to the required setting after every couple of uses. Overall, it looks nice, does the job and is a LOT cheaper than some out there. My gut feeling is that the grinder runs a little fast, but that is a rather subjective comment.

Poor design, poor manufacture
The labelling on the wiring was just wrong. Following the terminal labels, pulling the pullcord connected live to neutral. Following discussion with the supplier (sent him detailed photos) the labels were ignored, wiring completed 'logically' and the installation was successful. On the shutters, the individual shutter blades were not long enough to overlap and thus got stuck against each other, needing a little 'help' and silicone grease to get them moving. After a few days they have worn in (or out?) enough that soon after starting to open they spring apart. When closed they allow significant draft through. I am told that Airvent is part of a well known and reliable British manufacture, the price reflecting this. I would suggest that their standards have dropped, and they need to review their quality management system. Next time I will buy a cheap Chinese unit.

Not fit for purpose.
Oversized, eccentric mounting hole. Not safe to use. FFX initially took up the case, offered me unsuitable alternatives, then stopped responding.
