Won't stay on

A single strap won't stay on. Needs a 2nd strap across the back of the head. Any movement it comes off. It's made sturdy enough but the design is HORRIBLE. DON'T BUY!

You won't be in a Christmas spirit

Cheaply made and very sparse. Made my girlfriend cry when she set it up. Gonna try and spruce it up but I don't think much will help. The strings holding it together will probably break if we put to much on it to cover up the gaps. Is it a tree? Yes Does it light? Yes That's about it. Charlie Brown's friend couldn't fix this.
