Harp
The out side package was packed very well. The inter box had a little damage as they describe. The toner cartridge was not damaged at all and it work great.

They work very well no different than a new unit

Great Value
If you buy this unit from the store it about 40% more. I've used the one with out the outside box as long as the inter package is not open with out any problems.
