Perfect book to make changing your diet easier !!
Majority of the literature I found was for kidney disease, which my son doesn't have. You see he was born with something that's made his bladder slightly abnormal so it puts pressure on his kidneys. We need to improve his kidney health & creatine levels. & From what I can see so far, THIS BOOK IS GOING TO BE PERFECT & NOT JUST DIET WISE EITHER, I think. You see my son is 15, he's said that having to go COMPLETELY HEALTHY is challenging for him. But THIS BOOK OF KIDNEY HEALTHY, SMOOTHIE RECIPES IS GOING TO BE A GREAT WAY TO START. We're a family of 7 & I think IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT FOR ALL OF US ACTUALLY. I'll post some pictures ASAP. We're going to start trying them out this weekend.😄
