Sturdy and well built
1 of 1 found this helpful It is good as a phone and texting. Good call history.
Touch screen is temperamental but can be overcome by using the scrolling button and enter key on keyboard.
Keyboard works well and is what gives the phone its acceptability.
Built in word processor is very limited in its capability.
Very basic in all its features apart from home screen looks.

Very good product worthy of serious consideration
Although I felt the price was high which put me of buying one. Now that I have one I think it is worth the money especially considering the warranty.
