FoodSaver Fresh Food Preservation Vacuum Sealer Sealing System Saver

My new favorite Kitchen Gadget!

I absolutely LOVE this machine! I have one of the regular vacuum sealers and just couldn't bring myself to leave it out on the counter for easy access so I didn't use it much. It just made my cabinets look even more cluttered. I don't mind getting it out when I need to vacuum seal some meat for the freezer or something like that but I really liked the idea of keeping fresh foods vacuum sealed also, but it just wasn't worth how it looked. I was so excited to find this small countertop fresh food sealer! Now, there is a way to vacuum seal your fresh food without having a big machine on the counter! And it WORKS GREAT! I've seen reviews saying that the containers weren't holding the vacuum, but I've had no problems at all. I put Strawberries in one and we are now going on two weeks and they are just now getting a bit soft! Amazing! In the 10 cup one, I've put a bag of baby spinach. I know it's been at least a week or more and it still looks great. It would have started getting a bit "wet" in the bottom of the bag by now. Now, I'm vacuum sealing everything -lunch meat -cheese, leftovers, carrot sticks, grapes, strawberries etc! Definitely worth the purchase!

Love these containers!

These work perfectly with the Food Saver Fresh Food Preservation System! (or any other countertop system that has the ability to use the accessories that fit these -I have used it with my larger system as well). I have seen quite a few reviews saying that these aren't holding the vacuum, but I've had no problem. My strawberries and spinach have most definitely stayed fresh longer than they normally do.

Love these Containers!

I absolutely love using these containers with the small countertop Food Saver Fresh Food Preservation System (FM1510 or any similar models). I've seen reviews saying that it didn't hold the vacuum, but I've had no problems. I put Strawberries in one and we are now going on two weeks and they are just now getting a bit soft! Amazing! In this 10 cup one, I've put baby spinach. I know it's been at least a week or more and it still looks great. It wouldn't do so well in the bag.
