Incredible sounding speaker
Amazing sound from this speaker. I find myself preferring to stream music through it over my Samsung HW-Q800t soundbar. The lights really add to the overall effect as well. The only thing I wish the speaker could do is also play sound from my record player. Not sure why some inputs don't work but this could be an error on my end. Overall the speaker is still a great value for streaming over bluetooth.

Good not great
4 of 5 found this helpful Very easy setup through my Samsung TV and updating the bar through the SmartThings app was not too difficult. The sound quality is very good when casting directly to the bar but when playing tv or Netflix content the bar is not that much more impressive compared to my old $150 soundbar. I should note that my current TV / Chromecast does not support Dolby Atmos or uncompressed 5.1 through eARC, so hopefully the sound improves once I upgrade to a newer TV model.
I am pretty disappointed with the lack of customization for the sound settings. Even the settings you can adjust do not edit the sound very much. My old Vizio soundbar had much more sound customization. Even with the bass and subwoofer at maximum, the rumble of deeper sounds is not overly impressive.
