  I was extremely happy when my package arrived. The vendor was a pleasure to work with, she included a nice thank you note with the books. And the books arrived in great shape and well protected from the elements and my grumpy postal person.

  The ornament was wrapped and packaged nicely, but came to me broken. The horn was clearly not attached & broken off from the mouth and hand. You can tell it was placed in there carefully so the horn wouldn’t move during shipping. Really disappointed, tried reaching out to seller about the issue.. but no response.

  Please change this review as I answered you as soon I was able and issued you a refund which you agreed on. You advised me you would contact me before sending a review. I advised you it was purchased new and never used. You stated you wanted to keep the product even broken. Your review is not being fair to me by saying I did not respond. Hopefully you will revise this.
