Good value for money.
No cons really. Got the card. Plugged it in. Connected three 4TB SATA drives and had RAID configured in less then 2 minutes. Windows 10 Home picked it up right off-the-bat and the device was fully operational. No struggle, mess or fuss. Plug-'n-Play.
