  I don't rate the seller, I had a small problem with the delivery and contacted him and basically got the reply that it was out of his hands, no help, and he lied, it stated that he was sending it via royal mail but used a third rate delivery company who instead of knocking my door just threw it over my garden fence, so it ended up about two meters away from the fence in a puddle then stuck a card through the door, so not happy and definitely would NOT recommend this seller

  Never had any negative ever. I went out of my way to track the item and respond quickly. Expected to have it delivered in 48hrs instead of usual 3-5 days a 2nd class service takes. Hermes is not exactly a third rate service and I don`t own that company and am certainly not responsible for any actions its employees take.
