greetings all, I have learnt that just bidding without doing external research is a great way to get a quick high but an empty bank. For a few pounds more you can have new items with full warranty...make better choices..Buda would of said i am sure!

To measure or not to measure
I have a few fluke desktop meters and Avo too but this little Hvac fluke is perfect for putting in the pocket and going from job to job. The temp probe is good also and has enough length to get into some remote places. The bleeper is fast reacting and the selector knob has a positive location.
The only down side is the backlight, it works but is not really bright enough, in very dim light it is ok but the transition times just too weak for me personally. Silicone leads are nice and robust and fit in the holster on the back. Battery life is great but I would like to see if you can adjust the “auto switch off” time to 10 mins as its set to 20min.
One small niggle I have noticed because of the small size is, when its on the back stand, A frame it is not the most stable and a gentle tug on the leads will pull it over, but thats minor.
In conclusion it’s a good meter and if it broke I would get the same one..
