Meh. It works, but not what I was looking for.
Both the bag insert and the hamper itself smell bad. They know it, they even tell you on the directions that it is going to smell bad. Even after washing the inserted bag, it still smelled bad; I don't think it transferred to the clothing.
Next; the lid just sits on top, it doesn't seem to fit down into any recess so that it would stay properly; now I just leave it off. An attached lid or a lid that snaps into place would be better.
It is bamboo, so I knew it was not going to be a sturdy as some others as I had looked at; however, once I put it together it was stable.
price wise, I can't complain. I won't keep it.
