Great Ball Head
It is a very nice ball head strong and capable to handle my camera and the biggest lens

Up to -15 so far
I was in winds up to -15 so far maybe more and my gloves worked great. On the East Coast we had some real cold snaps this year and so glad I got them. A small price to pay for form and function. I got the XL glove and it fits fine. Sometimes I can go with a large but depending on who makes it. So if you are a mixed size like me I would say go bigger.

Great flash for the Cash
Rear curtain / second shutter sync adjustable outputs of flash power and different modes. On the RCS or SSS mode it does a double flash the first one is a low powered flash for focus and the second one is stop action.
