Stethoscope
I'm no expert on stethoscopes, but this device seems very noisy so I can't imagine that it would be useful to a doctor.

High efficiency bright light at a fair price.
These are excellent - I have replaced broken filament bulbs in my microwave and my fridge. They have a better colour and at 116 Lumens per watt they are more economical than other options.

High efficiency 60 watt 120 lumen per watt daylight led lamp
This device works, however one I bought previously from another vendor failed after 12 months (Intermittently only one half lights). The warranty is 5 years, but it is tiresome to have to send it back.
That said, at 120 lumens a watt, it is much more efficient than other available devices and is reasonably priced.
We should however ask for a better quality of light. A colour rendering Index of 90 is not very good. Also it would be good to be able to buy lamps for use in horticulture in this format and at a similar price.
