Budget Priced Mac
This is an excellent bargain. For $199, you get a Mac capable of running macOS Sierra (the current OS as of February, 2017). The unit comes with enough RAM and storage to meet most users needs. To run more concurrent (or memory hogging) applications concurrently, simply swap the installed RAM and bump up to 8GB. For notably faster performance, upgrade the internal hard drive to an internal SSD.
