Text book guide to wild flower meadows
This is in the format of a text book, but set up in such a way that it is easy to dip into, look up information or browse. Unless you are as keen on wild flower meadows as I am, in which case it is very readable from start to finish.

Children's book which is equally enchanting for adults
I was captivated by this book as soon as I opened it. Written in response to the removal of many nature-related words from the Oxford Childrens Dictionary, including otter, kingfisher and barn owl, the book takes the form of poems designed by Robert MacFarlane to be read aloud alongside richly coloured illustrations by the artist Jackie Morris. I have given a copy to our local Primary School and a copy to my 86 year old mother, it really does bring joy to people of all ages.

Insightful, inspiring and practical
A book for anyone wanting to really push their watercolour techniques forward and to learn from the masters. I've been looking for a book like this for some time. Would recommend it as a professional artist and as someone who teaches workshops on watercolours.
