Leg ulcer treatment
Use it on my foot ulcers. Absorbs exudent. Can be used with colloidal silver solution and msm as an antibacterial. Very comfortable. Used with flexfix waterproof film to keep in place and prevent drying out. Good a debriding which is alarming at first because would gets worse before it gets better. Used with compression stockings. Heals quickly on normal non ulcerated cuts and scraps.
Don't let the edges of gel dry out otherwise it may cut into the skin creating another wound. The gel can be regenerated by soaking in saline overnight. I make my own saline by dissolving nine grams of cooking salt in one litre of water.
If would is infected and producing exudent (gel turns brown) gel should be changed every day, which makes the product very expensive.

Cleans entire area covered by the blade from end to end unlike some others I have had. Silent operation no squeeks.
