  Seller sent an open box item thinking it was sealed because they didn't check the item properly. Item was previously opened by the box tabs, seller didn't know to check properly. Item was 100% previously opened. Seller then accused me of trying to scam them and takes no responsibility for their own mistake. Would not recommend anyone to deal with this seller.

  Been selling on eBay for over 24 yrs. Repeat buyers know I am an honest seller. Buyer is our competition on eBay selling similar products. What a crazy coincidence. Buyer had our product for 9 days w/o whispering an word. Buyer opened a return request 2 hours ago. Already leaving us negative feedback? Seems like sabotage. Our auction has 5 pictures proving the toner was BNIB. Buyer sent 2 pics showing an open toner. The old bait and switch. Get a BNIB toner, switch with a used one. Blocked buyer

  The seller just didn't check the item they received before selling it. The item had been previously opened by the tabs and the seller didn't check. Seller should learn box tabs can be open and closed, appearing to be new even if it's not. Now seller is making excuses & lying, trying to make us look bad instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake. We left negative feedback for this very reason. Accusation of bait and switch is offensive. We returned the exact item that was sent to us.
