Interference
This item, though doing exactly what it is designed to do, kicks out a lot of electrical interference which disrupts the radio in the car.
A shame as i am sure that there would be an electronic fix for this.

No batteries needed!
This is a neat solution to the front door bell that will never run out of batteries or needs main connection. It is nice and loud and just needs you to remember to wind it occasionally (it has not run down yet!).
My only comment is that the screws that hold the bell push on are steel and already using and staining the door. Replace them with brass screws when you install.
