Although they are a UK based company, item due to ship from the US, So paid extra shipping and Import fees. Unable to clearly comprehend their email, it is anyone's guess what Country they are actually trading from. Obviously they never planned on sending it! Looks like a HUGE scam to hang on to your money as long as they can! How can sellers with feedback this low still Sell on Ebay. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Il venditore sembra essere brittanico, il pacco viene spedito dalla Germania(Francoforte) pero si deve pagare la dogana. You have to pay customs duties! The tax is 10,14 euros. The seller seems to be from UK, the package arrived from Frankfurt, Germany, but there's customs taxes to pay.
