Irritating beyond belief
I found this book virtually unreadable due to its persistent self-aggrandising, self-reference, reminders that it has sold twelve zillion copies in 17 different galaxies, and been translated into every known language, including Welsh. I'm sure it's a masterclass in helping building better relations with your kids, but I have better things to do that fight my way through several chapters of propaganda to get to the advice I need. Intensely irritating and hardly likely to put anyone in the calm state of mind necessary to deal with children.
