Leki Khumbat Trekking Poles
First pair of walking poles I ever purchased, was impressed with the quality, and how light they are. Was a bit skeptical about them being any benefit whilst walking, they really do help take the strain of your body would highly recommend them. You can buy cheaper but you get what you pay for, thses are well worth the money.

Jazz Cookbook
I was recommended this book by my drum teacher, if you want to play jazz drums, this is THE book hundreds of exercises to get your independence sorted, starts off nice and steady but the exercises get harder, but well worth it.
