Bad/Confusing software
0 of 1 found this helpful Product appeared to be used instead of new. Software no good to download. The software appears to have placed a virus on my 2 month old computer. The day after the actual RCA jack USB connector broke. It was not working from day one. I am guessing you people need the money more than I do. Sending item back would have cost me more than product I bought. I may have to buy another computer for $400 or more. Super bad product!!
