This is very sturdy and has lots of adjustment. Better than some much more expensive brackets, The mount has short and long extensions as pictured , which handles small and large projectors. It doesn't have a huge mounting "footprint" on the cieling area, so its advisable to mount heavier projectors on the positioned to "center of gravity", which makes some adjustments a little trickier than a "optical axis" installation . otherwise, no issues whatsoever! The top screw allows for "hanging in place, before sinking the mount screws. And a center hookon cutout lets the projector grab the top mount for hands free bolting in place.
