Poor design badly made
Due to the way the spring-loaded safety catch is designed, none of my original manfrotto plates fit this clamp!
By comparing the plate supplied with this clamp and my two genuine manfrotto plates, you can see that the manfrotto plates have a deeper grove and so don't slide on to the head past the safety pin (which doesn't retract enough to allow the plates fully on to the clamp).
It's only a matter of a couple of millimetres, but nevertheless the thing is rendered useless with original manfrotto plates.
