Advertised as replacement for part #74003095
This part was advertised as the replacement for part #74003095, but the connector is the opposite (male vs. female) of that part. So I had to cut the connectors off both the old and new sensors and splice the old one onto the new sensor. That (supposedly slightly) changes the resistance in the sensor wires. Oven temperature sensors work by measuring the resistance in the sensor; as the oven temperature increases, so does the resistance. So changing the resistance in the wiring by splicing the connector potentially changes the accuracy of the sensor. The degree to which remains to be seen. . . .
