Does the job
Was a bit fiddly to install but it's sturdy and solid.
Could do with more adjustment especially where it attaches to the head rests as a tight fit due to the thickness of the metal supporting the rests.
Rattles a bit over imperfect roads i.e. Most of them and could have a twist to tighten fitting on the extending arms but overall a good quality item.

Hopefully never use it!
The Knox Advance X is a decent back protector that is 100 times better than the crap bit of foam you get as standard in most motorcycle jackets.
It's within everybody's budget at under £20 and gives you the peace of mind when out riding.
Obviously you can spend much more on back protection but hopefully you will never need to try this or any other one out.
Lightweight and not cumbersome, what more do you want?
