Not Sure This is for Me

I will rate it again in the near future if I decide to use it again. Not certain it's very convenient to have this massive pot on my counter if I'm not using it regularly. It looks like a high quality machine. The instructions specify to not open the depressurisation valve until the pressure release valve has lowered. only it cannot lower itself until the pressure is released. So you either wait three hours for the temperature to cool (at which time unless you've cooked rocks, everything will have turned to mush) or you open the valve and for three seconds scalding hot water will spew out making a mess of your kitchen and then the steam will follow normally. The clean-up operation hasn't been too bad but it is longer than I would like it to be.
