Why you want this
2 of 2 found this helpful The 308 Easa-phone system is awesome for setting up a vintage home telephone network. I have 6 vintage rotary phones connected through it to an X-Link system that bluetooths to my cell phone. Now I can use the rotary phones to dial out (just dial 9 first) and to receive calls. I can also call around the house and basement by dialing the extension of the phone I want (18, 14, etc). It is fun.

update the software first!
3 of 3 found this helpful Works fine, sounds great. Update the Creative software off their web page first or you will have difficulty getting it to seamlessly merge with your computer. The little knob is too small and clunky. I tried both Media player 10 and the Creative software, they place the songs onto the player using different folder structures, so pick one software and stick with it. Check out the Zen Micro too though - Creative is running a deal on that one now, making it quite price competitive with this one.
