  Phone arrived on time but the packaging was not great. Upon taking the old screen protector off, the screen was covered in makes and scratches - opposite to what was stated in the listing. The seller was responsive and initially said he would refund money so I can get the screen replaced. Then changed his mind and offered only a £15 partial refund. Felt messed about in the end even though it looked like the seller was trying to be somewhat helpful.
