Good printer on the surface, but....

This printer is well put together and is smart in basic functions. It's a good size and prints well.... straight out the box. But.... You can only use xyz filament which is so over priced. Considering for the money you can get a Flashforge finder why buy this printer? The slicer software is basic, and becomes annoying. The feeder slips after a while, I have read this happen on a brand new xyz printer as well. These are the reasons why I sold the printer after a week and bought a printer that allows 3rd party filament and use of smart slicer. My advice is buy a xyz pro for £300 on other sites brand new.

A working version is excellent.

The product I had was a reconditioned version that had a non functioning mic. But the speakers are top quality with good bass. Separate volume controls. Put this with the elite Microsoft pad and u r competitive without the high prices of Scuff pad and title beach headsets. Well done Microsoft.
