Very lightweight and flimsy. No power lead. I regret bothering with this item but shouldn't have expected it to be better.

Remote flash trigger seems to work OK
I wanted to set up two old matching flash units to photograph artwork, one on each side, and didn't want to risk any damage to the digital camera by connecting them direct. I had to experiment with the manual settings on the camera, but that's no problem, and I seem to be getting the results I'd hoped for.
