You need this!
I already own a BK Monolith sub and have tried to position it in my room with varying degrees of success. The only place to put it to cancel out some of the nulls and (most of all) the peaks was right in the middle of the room! So, seeing how this little box is sold by the bloke that owns BK Electronics, I thought I`d give it a punt. Well, after running the calibration....it was like night and day. In short, if you own a mid-range subwoofer, you need this little box of tricks. I can`t recommend this highly enough.

Heavyweight lens.
I bought this off Ebay after looking for a quality zoom. This Sigma is about the same price as other lenses in the same zoom range and about half the price of Nikons` equivalent. It is far sharper than any of the other 3rd party lenses - Sigmas` own 50-500, 150-500, 120-400, anything made by Tamron or Tokina and almost up to Nikons own big zoom lenses. It weighs almost 1.5kg, the build quality lets you know that it will last for years. If there is a downside, there is no stabilisation so a good tripod or monopod is a must (unless you have really steady hands). On the plus side, being part of Sigmas EX range, it will take Sigmas own 1.4 teleconverter - which on a crop sensor camera will give you a 630mm reach! All in all, not too shabby for something that costs less than £400 :)
