It certainly works as advertised.
It isn't going to give you studio quality sound, obviously. The tone isn't very good and there doesn't seem to be a true clean channel as when you have the gain turned down all the way there is still some dirt in your signal. It is, however very handy and a nice little gadget to keep stored in your guitar case so you can practice on the go in any setting. It is good to ensure you are always plugged in when you want to practice....such as those times when it is late at night and your wife/husband is sleeping or watching tv while all you want to do is your scale runs.

Is anything from TC Electronic bad? It is all revolutionary and top of the line!
TC Electronic has done it again revolutionizing another effect and releasing a stompbox that lines up in the price range with it's competitors as an average box but it is indeed far superior to the most expensive of it's effect's kind. TC Electronic is the best company in the world when it comes to designing and building guitar gear!
