Great price for this air fryer here on eBay

This air fryer has two features not widely available on other fryers. It goes up to a maximum temperature of 450 degrees. And it has a very useful window so you can observe what is happening inside without having to open the drawer. I do not claim to be a great cook so I have much to learn. Unfortunately, I cannot eat potatoes so no French fries. I have fixed salmon, bacon, beef and salmon burgers, and leftovers so far. I have a small kitchen so I had to figure out a special place for it. It needs to be placed at least 4 inches away from all walls. The main exhaust for hot air comes out the back of the unit. The digital control panel is very easy to use. I have come to rely on the eBay guarantee. The unit arrived in good shape at a much lower price. I still need to get a few essentials like a spray bottle for oil and a brush for the same. Oil does need to be used in air fryer mode but not very much. I also need more spices. I am a happy customer.

Great flour for baking whole wheat bread

Due to diabetic tendencies, I must eat only whole wheat bread. I recently have learned how to bake totally whole wheat bread myself using a very simple recipe of just whole wheat flour (4 cups), yeast (one package or equivalent), warm water (2 cups), and 1.5 teaspoons of salt. Mix together everything thoroughly. I just use a kitchen knife to do that. The recipe says to knead the loaf but for me just getting everything mixed together seems to work fine. Let it rise in the bowl for an hour, transfer to the baking pan - needs to be the right size for a loaf - that took some experimentation to figure out - and let it rise for 30 more minutes and then bake (in my oven) for exactly 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Then I put it in the refrigerator to cool down and after that the loaf comes out of the pan fairly easily. Parchment paper under the loaf also works. These loaves hold together and now taste better to me than store bought whole wheat bread. I apparently lucked out more than a year ago when a bought a 5 pound bag of this brand of flour just to have whole wheat flour on hand. So this is the brand of flour that I had available to begin learning to bake my own bread. I have read numerous reviews online about how great this brand of flour is. It is white whole wheat flour which is specified in the recipe above and in other recipes that are similar. When I realized that I would need more flour soon, I found out that this flour is not easy to find right now. It is probably the wrong time of the year, plus there are likely pandemic effects. I was very pleased to find this 10 pound bag available here at a reasonable price. It arrived a day or two before scheduled in good shape. I have used this flour for one loaf already and will be baking another one today. So I am pleased.

Meets my needs and expectations

I have not tried to use the keyboard yet. I purchased the tablet to have a backup for the one that I already have which is supposed to be the same model but this one is newer with a better screen and more battery life. I am a professional indexer and do much of my real thinking marking index entries on PDFs of books. I also need access to Dropbox for my work. That is all working now so the tablet is fulfilling its purpose. Back when it was new the cost was $900 and was still worth it. The sound system is also better than on my original tablet. I have not tested it much because that is not necessary for my work. I have had trouble loading two apps in particular but it is likely my ignorance of the Android operating system that is the problem.
