  After considerable effort on the part of the seller, it was established the original items were lost. The Seller sourced another Shunter's wagon, now despatched to me, and the lost item, together with the postage was refunded. Excellent service and assistance both to trace the items and then obtain replacements. Cannot praise more highly. I do not hold the seller in anyway to blame and I have purchased other items with no problem, Very highly recommended for products and service
