21st Century Healthcare Vitamin B12
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second batch (3 boxes x110 tablets) of 21st Century Healthcare's 5000mcg vitamin B12. They are great value for money and my blood samples prove that my serum B12 has improved from 'low' to 'high' since taking 1 tablet sublingually once a week from 2013. Clean living without contact with dirt in which the B12-producing bacteria live makes it almost impossible to get B12 through food. Since deficiency in serum B12 in the worst case scenario can lead to irreversible nerve and brain damage, everybody regardless of diet should take this harmless, health promoting, water soluble vitamin. I bought from hargravespharmaceuticals113 on Ebay and they proved to have excellent customer service exemplified by swift replies by email and by re-shipping a problematic first shipment without additional cost for me.
