Supplier maintains professional standards in delivery
The supplier did an excellent job in packaging and keeping me informed on the status of delivery (i.e. maintained professional standards throughout). For the most part, the unit worked initially well, but after less than one week of usage, I'm experiencing ongoing issues with it dropping out on satellite reception and its inability to download program channelling (citing outdated software issues). Still trying to determine the source of the problem.

Sold Used but advertised New
The product appears to be ‘used’ even though we bought it based on it being advertised as ‘new’. Upon noticing this after opening the package we had to discard it to avoid risk.
