best car stereo I have owned.
1 of 1 found this helpful this is the second AVIC series indash I have purchased. the first was an AVIC-8000 for my Corvette. Which I still have. I liked it so well I bought this AVIC-8200 for my 2500HD duramax truck. both vehicles had the Bose premium sound system in them from the factory. Which were OK but nothing to write home about. just by changing the head unit to the AVIC series was a huge difference in the sound quality not to mention the NAV works much better than the lousy GM/Delco nav unit that was in my vette. If you're looking to upgrade from stock. I highly recommend this unit. you will not be disappointed even if you make no other changes to your factory system.
