On 8/12, I shipped the item with upgraded insurance and priority speed (paid out of my own pocket). On 8/13, in response to the message "Are you sure you won’t be able to do a refund? I can return the item once I get it", I initiated a USPS Package Intercept. On 8/14, I confirmed the intercept with the buyer whom once again changed their minds. On 8/15, I issued their refund.
