  Ignored a post-sale message, then delayed postage, then cancelled purchase under ‘The item is out of stock or is damaged’. No message to explain or apology. Refunded but a complete waste of time.

  Buyer wanted a reduction for paying £3.40 postage costs for posting almost 1 kilogram of goods to him, just thought he wasn’t worth my time.

  Reality? Seller agreed to combine. Paid full P&P on both items. Then left it up to seller if he was able/wanted to combine (& refund any difference) or just ship separately (as paid for). Instead, he chose to cancel.
