Too good to be true..
Don't judge a book by its cover... I wish I had in this case!!!
Purchased the phone for my mother’s birthday. Well… the phone came without battery. Contacted the merchant, who kindly…said that it was a factory mistake and refund me money that will allow me to purchase MYSELF a new battery as the waiting time to send me a new battery (which should have been there in first place as in the phone’s description) will be quite lengthy.
Finally got my new battery. Placed into phone. Well, phone seems OK…even though all instruction were in CHINESE, I have managed to set it up. NO APPS available in the phone apart phone’s APPS. Therefore, I needed to download EVERYTHING (e.g.: maps, fb, WhatsApp, etc.). Once done, I finally gave the phone to my mother, who seemed ecstatic to the gift. But the issue started as soon as she copied her contacts numbers into the phone, the phone will automatically save it twice: one in CHINESE and one in the original version. The apps downloaded, started to disappear and I needed to download them again and again and again. The screen will freeze often not allowing her to do anything at all!!! The voice calls will be abruptly interrupted, with no reason.
After just one week of having this seemingly OK phone…my mother enthusiasm just faded away, as she could not cope with such NON-SENSE of a phone. I was ashamed and greatly REGRETED of my purchase as my mother had not a birthday gift that she had hope for and looked forward to.
Conclusion!? DO NOT BUY IT. It will give you more heartache than satisfaction. For anything else, go to your local shop.
