An old fashion remedy
I grow plants in my house which is healthy, decorative and a pleasure to look at. However, the damp soil attracts gnats and the gnats love to bite me. The stealth bomber was probably designed after the gnat because just when I see one and swat it, I missed, and it's gone out of sight. The sprays on the market don't work in the areas needed. In the days before air conditioning, when doors were left open instead, I remembered the "fly catcher". I haven't seen them in the stores for years. As always, went to eBay and there it was... Ordered a box and received quick delivery. I didn't want it hanging from the ceiling, like they used to do, so I tore off a short piece of parchment paper, stretched the fly catcher out and layed it across the parchment paper. I placed pieces near my plants and under my computer chair where they like to bite me and solved the gnat problem. These things may work on other insects, too. Just try not to touch one when it's opened!

MAKING A KEY FOR MY ESTATE SALE CLOCK PURCHASE
I stuck the key on the shaft and it fit perfectly. Only thing...I could not turn the shaft and I assume the clock has been round to tight. I was satisfied with my purchase and the quick response I received. It doesn't seem like there is a reputable clock repair person in my area.
